Friendship is one of life’s greatest gifts, bringing joy and support in every season of life. But while friendships are vital for our health and happiness, most of us have never been shown how to build or deepen them.

That’s where The Friendship Lab Course comes in.

Over six weeks, you’ll discover the unspoken rules of friendship. Through engaging video teaching, great conversation and practical tools, you’ll learn how to:

  • Meet like-minded people
  • Grow closer to your current friends
  • Navigate misunderstandings with grace
  • Connect across differences, and more

Each week we’ll enjoy short videos together, share meaningful conversations, and put practical steps into action. Whether you’re new here, longing for deeper connections, or simply curious about friendship, this course will equip you to make your friendships thrive.

Come and discover how friendship can become a greater source of strength, comfort and spiritual growth in your life.
